| SHS-自蔓燃陶瓷复合管特点 Characteristics of SHS- self burning ceramic composite pipe 1、耐磨性好 1. Good wear resistance 陶瓷复合管由于内衬层为刚玉陶瓷（a-AL2O3），莫氏硬度可达9.0相当于HRC90以上。因此对冶金、电力、矿山、煤炭等行业所输送的磨削性介质均具有高耐磨性。经工业运行证实：其耐磨寿命是淬火钢的十倍甚至几十倍。 The ceramic composite pipe is made of corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3) and the Mohs hardness is 9 or more than HRC90. Therefore, the grinding media for metallurgy, power, mining, coal and other industries all have high wear resistance. It has been proved by industrial operation that its wear life is ten times or even tens of times of hardened steel. 2、运行阻力小 2, the running resistance is small SHS陶瓷复合管由于内表面光滑、且永不锈蚀，也不象无缝钢管内表面有凸状螺旋线存在。经有关检测单位对内表面粗糙度及清水阻力特性测试，其内表面光滑度优于任何金属管道，清阻力系数为0.0193，比无缝管稍低。因此该管具有运行阻力小等特点，可减少运行费用。 Because the inner surface of SHS ceramic composite pipe is smooth and will never rust, it is not like the existence of convex helix in the inner surface of seamless steel tube. After testing the inner surface roughness and the resistance characteristics of the water, the inner surface smoothness of the testing unit is better than that of any metal pipe, and the drag coefficient is 0.0193, which is slightly lower than that of the seamless tube. Therefore, the tube has the characteristics of small running resistance and can reduce operation cost. 3、耐腐蚀、防结垢 3, corrosion resistance and anti scaling 由于该钢陶瓷层为（a-AL2O3），属中性特质。因此具有耐酸碱和耐海水腐蚀，并同时具有防垢等特性。 Because the steel ceramic layer is (a-AL2O3), it belongs to the neutral character. Therefore, it has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance and seawater corrosion resistance as well as scale prevention. 4、耐温性能与耐热冲缶性能好 4. Good temperature resistance and heat resistance. 由于该刚玉陶瓷（a-AL2O3），为单一稳定的晶态组织。因此复合管可在-50--700℃温度范围内长期正常运行。材料线膨胀系数6-8×10-6/0C，约为钢管的1/2左右。材料具有良好的热稳定性。 The corundum ceramic (a-AL2O3) is a single stable crystalline structure. Therefore, the composite pipe can run normally for a long time at -50--700 C temperature range. The linear expansion coefficient of the material is 6-8 * 10-6/0C, about 1/2 of the steel tube.
