陶瓷复合管的原理及工艺特点
耐磨性好
Good wear resistance
陶瓷复合管由于内衬层为刚玉陶瓷（a-AL2O3），莫氏硬度可达9.0相当于HRC90以上。因此对冶金、电力、矿山、煤炭等行业所输送的磨削性介质均具有高耐磨性。经工业运行证实：其耐磨寿命是淬火钢的十倍甚至几十倍。
Because the inner lining of ceramic composite pipe is corundum ceramic (a-Al2O3), the Mohs hardness can reach 9.0, which is equivalent to above hrc90. Therefore, it has high wear resistance to the grinding media transported by metallurgy, electric power, mining, coal and other industries. It has been proved by industrial operation that its wear resistance life is ten times or even dozens of times that of quenched steel.
运行阻力小
Small running resistance
SHS陶瓷复合管由于内表面光滑、且永不锈蚀，也不象无缝钢管内表面有凸状螺旋线存在。经有关检测单位对内表面粗糙度及清水阻力特性测试，其内表面光滑度优于任何金属管道，清阻力系数为0.0193，比无缝管稍低。因此该管具有运行阻力小等特点，可减少运行费用。
Because the inner surface of SHS ceramic composite pipe is smooth and never rusty, it is not like the convex spiral on the inner surface of seamless steel pipe. The internal surface roughness and water resistance characteristics test by relevant inspection units show that the inner surface smoothness is better than any metal pipe, and the clearance resistance coefficient is 0.0193, slightly lower than that of seamless pipe. Therefore, the pipe has the characteristics of small operation resistance, which can reduce the operation cost.
耐腐蚀、防结垢

由于该钢陶瓷层为（a-AL2O3），属中性特质。因此具有耐酸碱和耐海水腐蚀，并同时具有防垢等特性。

耐温性能与耐热冲击性能好
Good temperature resistance and heat shock resistance
由于该刚玉陶瓷（a-AL2O3），为单一稳定的晶态组织。因此复合管可在-50--700℃温度范围内长期正常运行。材料线膨胀系数6-8×10-6/℃，约为钢管的1/2左右。材料具有良好的热稳定性。
Because the corundum ceramic (a-Al2O3) is a single stable crystal structure. Therefore, the composite pipe can operate normally in the temperature range of - 50-700 ℃. The linear expansion coefficient of the material is 6-8 × 10-6 / ℃, which is about 1 / 2 of the steel pipe. The material has good thermal stability.
