封焊焊接在操作上相对容易掌握,而且在管材到货后可立即安排集中焊接,容易组织。不锈钢焊条的根焊和碳钢焊条的填充盖面焊都是非常成熟的焊接工艺,而且封焊完成后形成的坡口能够保证各焊层良好熔合,可避免较多焊接缺陷的产生。在现场应用中组织最简单,利于施工,且施工成本能够降低。

根焊层(不锈钢层)按照通常不锈钢材料的焊接方法和工艺措施进行焊接,摆幅不宜过大,焊枪对中,保证根部焊缝的背面成形良好。

热焊层(过渡层及扩散层)焊接时需要采用相对较大规范,以实现合金元素的均匀过渡以及层间金属的充分熔合。但摆幅不宜过大,避免焊道两侧碳钢的过分熔化。

焊条电弧焊焊层(碳钢层)的焊接工艺很成熟,按照常规工艺焊接即可,但要注意焊接参数不宜过大,降低填充焊层向下熔深,尽量减少碳元素向过渡层扩散。
