反应烧结指将原料成型体在一定温度下通过固相,液相和气相相互间发生化学反应,同时进行致密化和规定组分的合成,得到预定的烧结体的过程。反应烧结仅局限于少量几个体系,例如氮化硅、氧氮化硅、碳化硅等。
