陶瓷内衬复合管由于内衬层为刚玉陶瓷（a-AL2O3），莫氏硬度可达9.0相当于HRC90以上。因此对冶金、电力、矿山、煤炭等行业所输送的磨削性介质均具有高耐磨性。经工业运行证实：其耐磨寿命是淬火钢的十倍甚至几十倍。

Therefore, the grinding media for metallurgy, power, mining and coal industry all have high wear resistance. It has been proved by industrial operation that its wear life is ten times or even dozens of times that of hardened steel.

刚玉陶瓷耐磨管于内表面光滑、且永不锈蚀，也不象无缝钢管内表面有凸状螺旋线存在。经有关检测单位对内表面粗糙度及清水阻力特性测试，其内表面光滑度优于任何金属管道，清阻力系数为0.0193，比无缝管稍低。

After testing the inner surface roughness and the resistance characteristics of the water, the inner surface smoothness of the testing unit is better than that of any metal pipe, and the drag coefficient is 0.0193, which is slightly lower than that of the seamless tube.
