陶瓷复合耐磨管道简介
复合陶瓷钢管是国家"八六三"高科技技术计划中研制成功并率先产业化的具有国际先进水平的新型复合材料。产品采用自蔓延高温合成法(SHS)制造,利用铝热反应自身放热熔融反应物,在离心力作用下使Al2O3和Fe的分离原理,复合管从内而外分别是刚玉陶瓷(AL2O3)层、过渡层和钢管层。刚玉陶瓷层是在 2000 ℃以上高温形成的致密的钢玉陶瓷通过过渡层同钢管形成牢固的冶金结合,具有良好的耐蚀、耐磨及高强度、韧性,较强抗机械冲击和抗热冲击的综合性能。且能进行车削,磨削和焊接等加工。到目前为止,没有任何一种复合材料具有这种优异综合性能。
The composite ceramic steel tube is a new type of composite material which has been developed successfully in the national "863" high-tech technology plan and has the first international advanced level. The products were made by self propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS), and the self heating and melting reaction materials were heated by the thermit reaction. Under the action of centrifugal force, the separation principle of Al2O3 and Fe was made. The composite pipes were from corundum ceramic (AL2O3), transition layer and steel tube layer from inside to outside. Corundum ceramic corundum ceramic layer is in high temperature above 2000 DEG through the formation of a dense transition layer with the steel pipe to form firm metallurgical combination, has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high strength, toughness, strong overall performance resistance to mechanical impact and thermal shock. It can be used for turning, grinding and welding. So far, no composite material has such excellent comprehensive properties.
